1.  Your registration, whether submitted by you or someone else, is an offer to attend the event based on these terms and conditions. Registrations are accepted at Ofiso Solutions’ discretion. If your registration is submitted before the event, it will be either: (a) confirmed in writing (including email), or (b) considered confirmed if you don’t receive written confirmation within 14 days after submission, unless we inform you otherwise. If your registration is completed at the event itself, it’s confirmed when you’re permitted entrance to the event. MegaMix Expo can refuse to accept any registration.

2.  Your registration is for your personal use only and cannot be sold or transferred to others.

3.  MegaMix Expo can change the event’s format, content, location, venue, hours, duration, dates, timings, participants or any other aspect without liability. They can also withdraw registration without liability.

4.  Unless otherwise stated in these terms or during the event’s registration process: (a) your registration cannot be canceled, and (b) any paid registration fees are non-refundable.

5.  MegaMix Expo reserves the right to change or cancel the date(s) of the Event at any time and for any reason (whether due to causes beyond our reasonable control). In the event that the date(s) of the Event are changed to new date(s) that are within six (6) months of the originally scheduled opening date of the Event, or where the Event is cancelled but is reasonably expected by MegaMix Expo to be held at any time in the next calendar year, then your registration will be deemed to be valid for the Event on the new date(s) or when it is next staged (as applicable) in the same way that it would have applied to the originally scheduled Event (and no refund of any paid registration fees will be issued).

6.  Our events, both in-person and online, mainly target business professionals and are not designed for children under 16 years old. In some areas of our events, such as executive conference workshops, it may be unsuitable or inconvenient for children under 16 to attend. MegaMix Expo has the right to limit access to these sections as needed.

7.  MegaMix Expo can deny entry or remove anyone from the event without any liability for any reason, particularly if someone does not follow terms and conditions or poses a security risk, disturbance, or inconvenience. You agree to follow all instructions given by MegaMix Expo, venue owners, security staff, or management at the event.

8.  Filming with your smartphone, photography and sharing of audio or visual content is allowed during the event, add to your post: #megamixexpo and #megamix_expo.

9.  By attending the Event, you agree to be filmed, recorded, and photographed, which may feature your image (the “Content”). MegaMix Expo owns all rights to the Content, and you give up any claims or rights you may have regarding its use. MegaMix Expo can use the Content for promotional purposes worldwide without compensation.

10.  The personal information you give to MegaMix Expo will be stored in a database and might be shared with Ofiso Solutions entities and select third parties for promotional purposes, government entities, or regulatory authorities as needed by law. At some Events, your badge could be scanned by exhibitors or sponsors, resulting in your information being shared with them. Certain areas of the Event might require sharing your information with specific third parties. MegaMix Expo is not responsible for how these third parties use your information. 11.  For virtual events, you are responsible for your technical requirements to access the Event Platform provided by MegaMix Expo. We do not guarantee continuous, secure, or error-free operation of the platform and are not liable for any temporary unavailability. The platform and its content may not be free from harmful code, and you should not interfere with its proper functioning. We do not endorse or take responsibility for the content, goods, or services on the Event Platform. MegaMix Expo may give you a confidential username and password that must not be shared or transferred. You will be held accountable for any actions using your credentials.

You may only use the Event Platform for attending the event itself. Do not exploit it for commercial gain or violate any laws or intellectual property rights. You should not engage in unauthorized advertising/promotional activities or send harmful data. MegaMix Expo is not obligated to moderate any interactive services on the Event Platform and disclaims liability for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from user interactions.

12.  For international events, visitors may need to provide passport or national ID numbers and document scans for crime prevention and event safety. This information is stored in MegaMix Expo’s database temporarily and not shared with others, except if required by law. Without this data, MegaMix Expo won’t be able to process your pre-registration for international events.

13.  You willingly accept all risks related to your participation and presence at the Event. MegaMix Expo offers no guarantees about the Event, including factors like the number, location, or presence of exhibitors, sponsors, or attendees, as well as any potential benefits you may gain from attending. Any terms not mentioned here or during registration are excluded. MegaMix Expo and all associated entities will not be responsible for any losses or damages you may experience during the Event, including injuries, property damage, or financial losses. Also, MegaMix Expo won’t be liable for any products displayed or sold by exhibitors or sponsors at the Event. These limitations apply only within the bounds of the law.

14.  MegaMix Expo’s rights and remedies are cumulative, not exclusive, and can only be waived in writing. Any delay or failure to use them doesn’t mean they’re given up.

15.  MegaMix Expo can change these terms and conditions at any time without notice. You’ll follow the terms in place when the Event occurs.

16.  If there’s a difference between English and other language versions of these terms, the English version is the main one.

Disclaimer for Activities
Before taking part in any activities offered by the MegaMix Expo visitor program, carefully assess if you have the necessary fitness and skills. Be aware that some activities may be physically challenging or risky. It is your responsibility to determine if an activity suits your abilities and health. Consult a medical professional if you’re concerned about your fitness or health. Stop and seek advice if you feel unwell or unsafe during any activity. Follow health and safety instructions, and ensure your home or office environment is safe for virtual activities. MegaMix Expo and Ofiso Solutions will not be liable for losses or damages related to your participation in activities. This disclaimer is limited by applicable laws.
